Union Hairdressing – Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

 

By booking an appointment with Union Hairdressing, you agree to the following terms:

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling  

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Late Cancellations  

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This fee will be automatically applied where possible.

 

No-Shows  

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.

 

Deposits & Card Details  

Where card details are required to secure your booking, you authorise Union Hairdressing to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in line with this policy.

 

Outstanding Fees  

Any unpaid charges must be settled before future appointments can be booked. We reserve the right to decline future bookings if this policy is not adhered to.

 

All appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We operate a strict policy to protect our time and business.

 

 

Union Hairdressing – Strict Cancellation Policy

 

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the full service cost.  

• Failure to attend (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the full service cost.  

• Card details provided at booking authorise us to take payment of any cancellation or no-show fees.  

• Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be made.  

• Union Hairdressing reserves the right to decline or refuse future bookings where we feel it is necessary.

 

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy, which is strictly enforced without exception.
