Starting her career as a junior in 2003 at just 15 years old, Lauren has worked her way through every level of the industry to become the proud owner and director of Union Hairdressing.
With over two decades of experience, Lauren has developed an exceptional knowledge of cutting, colouring and the latest trends in hair and fashion. Her passion for the industry and commitment to staying ahead of current techniques and styles means her clients can always expect a modern, individual and expertly tailored look.
Lauren is particularly passionate about consultations. Taking the time to truly understand each client’s lifestyle, needs and desired look allows her to create a style and colour that they can feel confident and happy with.
Her experience, creativity and genuine passion for hair have helped make Lauren a trusted and much-loved member of the Union team and a favourite among her clients.
Sophie creative designer
Sophie has been a valued member of the Union team since 2011. Like many of our stylists, she began her career at just 15 and has worked her way through the ranks to become a talented Creative Designer.
With her extensive experience and confident approach to both cutting and colouring, Sophie has developed a true passion for creating beautiful, individual looks tailored to each client. Her skills have also allowed her to specialise in Hair Extensions, adding another dimension to the services she can offer.
Sophie’s versatility means she is able to work confidently with all hair types and textures, combining her technical expertise with a creative eye to achieve a look that is perfectly suited to you.

Annabel stylist
Annabel has been a valued member of the Union team since 2016, beginning her journey with us as a Saturday girl and working her way through the salon to become one of our Senior Stylists.
Known for her gentle and kind personality, Annabel creates a warm and relaxed experience for every client who sits in her chair. Over the years, she has built a loyal clientele and has become a busy and much-loved stylist within the salon.
With her experience, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients, Annabel is passionate about creating beautiful, individual looks that leave you feeling confident and completely looked after.

Violet Apprentice
Violet is the newest addition to the Union team and is beginning her journey into the exciting world of hairdressing. With her quiet and gentle nature, Violet brings a calm presence to the salon as she learns and develops her skills alongside our experienced team.
As an apprentice stylist, she is building her knowledge, perfecting new techniques and discovering her own creativity and passion for hair. With every opportunity to learn, Violet is growing in confidence and taking the first steps towards becoming a talented stylist.
